- 20 year active duty JAG officer. Pentagon: Chief of JAG’s Plans and Professional Development Division
- Maxwell AFB, Alabama: Served as Commandant of the Air Force’s Judge Advocate’s School.
- Executive Assistant United States Attorney for the Middle District of Alabama, supervising both Criminal and Civil Divisions. Served as lead prosecutor on Title 26 criminal tax cases.
- Prior to assuming his current duties as Attorney-Advisor/Instructor at the ATF National Academy he served as a Senior Instructor in the Legal Division at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. Mr. Rasher is admitted to practice law in New York, Alabama, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
