in Hartford, Connecticut. 17 of those years have been in the Arson/Explosives, Special
Operations and Criminal Investigative Divisions.
- Staff instructor and Training Manager assigned to the ATF National Academy.
- A Certified Fire Investigator since 1985. Bomb Disposal Technician since 1979.
- Over 1,500 field investigations on fire/explosives losses including participation
in a number of high profile investigations. Has testified as an expert witness at
the state and federal court levels and has also lectured nationally and internationally.
- Mr. Goodrow has also published a number of articles and participated as a co-author
and contributor for several textbooks in the area of fire and explosive investigation.
